We produce a variety of apples which are picket at their peak of perfection, and then sliced horizontally and preserved for use in crafting projects. With the horizontal slicing, the carpels, which are arranged in a 5 pointed star, are visible, particularly on the center slices! Our dried apples are still flexible enough to manipulate placement on a wreath, garland, swag or other ornamentation.
